• 7:00 AM Job Responsibilities Remove packaging materials from parts and components without causing damage.

Organize and prepare kits of materials for production. Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy. Stage and deliver materials to designated production areas. Maintain clean and organized workstations. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Report damaged materials or inventory discrepancies to supervisors. Assist with inventory organization and material replenishment as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, kitting, packaging, or material handling experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Manual dexterity to handle small parts and materials. Work Environment Fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Required PPE includes an ESD smock, grounding strap/shoes, and hairnet.
