Warehouse Associate/Floater

$22-$25/hr

Mid-April through June, with possibility for full-time hire

Schedule:

Monday-Sunday, 12-16 hour days Position Overview We're seeking reliable, hard‑working individuals to operate floaters and assist with dry fertilizer application throughout the spring season. This is a fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys long days, hands‑on work, and operating heavy equipment. Floater Operation & Field Work Operate floater equipment to apply dry fertilizer Work primarily in the floater from sunup to sundown Perform light preventative maintenance (greasing, cleaning, inspections) Facility & Warehouse Operations Load and unload dry fertilizer from trains and trucks Work in the chemical warehouse, including: Operating a forklift to move inventory Potentially blending chemicals Perform light preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery General housekeeping (sweeping, shoveling, maintaining clean work areas) Requirements Willingness to train; prior experience is a plus Preference for candidates with: Heavy equipment experience or Farming or agricultural background Ability to work long hours, 7 days a week during peak season Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
