Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate loaders, including cherry pickers and pallet jacks, to transport materials throughout the shop. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate order picking and inventory management. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is stored properly when not in use. Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Utilize a management system for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment. Skills Proficient in operating front loaders and other material handling equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including order picking. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance.
