Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking operation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the work area clean and organized. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project requirements and timelines. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. Will be operating machinery will need drivers license. Using a forklift or bobcat must know basics. Dumping beans into conveyors that go into bins. Emptying out split tank and dirt tank. Keeping yard cleaned to certain standard. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to labor tasks. Knowing how to operate a forklift. Pay is depending on experience and you will have a chance for a 90 day review also will be given yearly reviews. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
