Caterpillar currently has an opening for Material Handler I position supporting Reman Drivetrain located in the West Fargo, ND facility. As a Material Handler I, you will perform material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing and shipping of parts, including materials, equipment and supplies. Compensation & Benefits Offered!

Hourly Pay Range:

$20.53

• $26.13 (pay negotiations based upon skills/experience) 1st shift work hours: 6AM
• 4:30PM Monday
• Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays Paid Weekly!

40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime 80 hours of vacation with an additional 3 days (hours dependent on work schedule) of Paid Time Off (PTO) (all prorated based on hire date) 10 Paid holidays 100% 401k match up to 6% offered on day 1 of employment Health, dental, vision, & life insurance offered on day 1 of employment Potential annual performance increase Clean/safe work environment Paid holiday shut down at the end of the year (dependent upon business needs) Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Stock and pull parts as well as delivering materials and supplies Accurately utilizes data collection systems Performs bin transfer confirmation and confirms all material pulled for production orders Effectively utilizes software systems Maintains administrative related records and operates computer to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing Uses mobile equipment as required to facilitate job functions Perform preventive maintenance Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes Perform 5S Audits Perform Safety Stop Audits observations Participate in the CI/PID Process Any duties or tasks that may be assigned to promote cross training or support for various areas of the shop Follow the Caterpillar Production System (CPS) Standard Work Sheets Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years job related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
