$19.00 - $20.00 hrly About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and proper care of warehouse equipment and tools. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting customer satisfaction and company operations. Purpose & Expectations The Warehouse Associate is responsible for servicing customers by filling orders accurately and maintaining proper control of inventory and warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the warehouse. Perform general maintenance and report any issues to the Branch Manager. Maintain and properly store warehouse tools and equipment. Stock & Inventory Control Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials. Stock and re-stock warehouse materials efficiently. Store inventory for optimal use of space. Work with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of fast-moving materials. Conduct incoming material inspections and verify packing lists. Reports & Records Prepare reports required by branch management. Verify all received materials against packing lists. General Duties Keep the Branch Manager informed of any issues impacting operations or profitability. Attend all scheduled or requested meetings. Perform any other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
