In this energetic role, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, stocking, and distribution of high-quality outdoor gear. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with warehouse equipment, manage inventory with precision, and contribute to a fast-paced outdoor sports industry. Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment. Unload incoming shipments efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment. Pack outgoing shipments in accordance with UPS and LTL standards. Stock shelves and organize inventory as necessary Utilize order management software and UPS Worldship. Conduct regular inventory counts, control stock levels, and assist in cycle counts to prevent discrepancies. Follow safety procedures diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during operations. Support warehouse management by assisting with logistics coordination, materials handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to a first shift operations schedule with consistent break and lunch periods. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred, especially in outdoor or sports-related product environments. Experience with inventory control systems or warehouse management software. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations. Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for inventory counting and order processing. Ability to lift 25 -50 lb cartons repeatedly is necessary. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced setting.
