Job Description
Dockhand - Belmont, NH Winnisquam Marine is looking for a motivated Dockhand to join our team at our Belmont, NH location. If you enjoy working outdoors, being around boats, and staying active, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer on the water. Responsibilities Check rental boats in and out for customers. Clean and prepare rental boats for the next customer. Assist with putting the rental fleet away for winter at the end of the season. Help wash boat bottoms during the fall haul-out season. Keep the docks, marina, and work areas clean and organized. Provide friendly customer service and assist with general marina operations. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred). Must be able to work weekends . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team. Boating experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
