Concord, NH Full-Time | Starting Pay $17.00-$18.00 | Growth OpportunitiesJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the movement, tracking, and accuracy of auto parts, supplies, and materials between locations.

Youll play a key role in keeping inventory flowing smoothly between the Distribution Center and Stores while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at all times.

What Youll DoOperate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safelyScan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cagesPull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locationsProcess transfers between hub and stores accurately and on timeMaintain shipping/receiving records and complete required documentationEnsure all orders are verified for accuracy before shipmentReport unsafe conditions, damages, or inventory issues immediatelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment dailyFollow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standardsAct as a back up delivery driver/ shuttle driver when neededSupport team members and assist in other areas as neededWhat Were Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredForklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving historyBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTeam player with strong communication skillsDependable, flexible, and willing to learnAbility to follow instructions and work with minimal supervisionKey Performance ExpectationsMaintain 99% inventory accuracy and fill rate goalEnsure all shipments and transfers are completed correctly and on timeMaintain safe and compliant work practices at all timesPhysical RequirementsThis role requires an active work style in a warehouse environment:

Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbsStand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb throughout the shiftWork indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsUse hands for scanning, handling, and operating equipmentWear required PPE (safety glasses, boots, gloves, vest, etc.)Why Join Us?
