Depending on the job site, responsibilities may include: Water damage cleanup and restoration Mold remediation Fire and smoke damage cleanup Construction and post-construction cleaning Removal of damaged materials General demolition and site preparation Moving equipment, materials and supplies Using hand and power tools Setting up and maintaining work areas Assisting experienced Restoration Technicians and Lead Technicians Following established safety procedures and remediation protocols Who Would Be a Good Fit? We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in: General labor Construction Restoration or remediation Landscaping and outdoor work Building maintenance Property cleanup Other physically active, hands-on positions Previous experience is helpful, but a good work ethic, dependability and willingness to learn are equally important. Position Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using or learning to use power tools Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday Willingness to work in environments involving water damage, mold remediation, fire cleanup and construction debris Ability to follow safety procedures and properly use required PPE Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work effectively as part of a team Training & Career Growth This isn't just another general labor position.
