Shipping and Receiving- Warehouse Associate Dover, NH 03820 Full-time Full-time We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving - Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse operation to include; shipping & receiving activities, warehouse organizing, boxing up machines, performing final inspection of machinery, and conducting quality assessments. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, helping our products get to customers in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final Inspection on machinery and equipment, ensuring all components meet quality and operational standards. Conduct quality control inspections on completed machinery to assess performance and identify defects or deviations. Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and machine operations based on results from quality testing and inspections. Handle shipping and receiving duties , including unboxing, boxing, and organizing items for shipment. Organize and maintain the warehouse , ensuring proper stock levels and tidiness. Weigh materials and calculate the cost of shipping, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries. Receive shipments, unpack, and stock items to their designated locations. Assist with snow removal if needed for all access points to the building during winter months. Use

online software to manage shipping logistics when necessary. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

Experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations. Understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Basic electro/mechanical skills or aptitude preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving shipping and assembly challenges. Ability to interpret packing slips and shipping documents accurately. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training are a plus. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the day. Strong Attendance Required Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
