Job Description
Company Overview Barlow Millwork is an architectural millwork company specializing in the construction of commercial cabinetry and select residential projects. With over 20,000 square feet of shop space and a recently renovated office environment, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and innovative design solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millworker specializing in Materials Layup to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling sheet goods including laminates, veneers, and metals. Responsibilities Follow provided pull lists for materials and process per instructions Able to handle multiple job tasks at once Ability to utilize forklift (training available) Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction environments with a focus on architectural millwork. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, tape measures, and other measurement devices. Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures is preferred. Strong understanding of materials handling, fabrication processes, and dimensional measurements for quality control purposes.
