Competitive Compensation:
Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS shift differential and Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS starting in December 2027 Reduced Medical premiums

Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner. No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!
Qualifications:
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent Written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Team mindset Comfortable with technology; The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders Commitment to quality and productivity expectations
Physical Demands:
