Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our operations team in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for receiving, organizing, handling, and shipping industrial automation products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of performing warehouse duties, possess strong organizational skills, and be committed to accuracy and productivity. Roles and Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing lists. Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues upon receipt. Accurately label, store, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts and audits. Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation. Load and unload deliveries as required. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse. Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations at all times. Assist other departments with inventory movement and logistics-related tasks when needed. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational concerns to management promptly. Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication skills. Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Authorization to work in the United States. Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required.
