Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am Sign on
Bonus:
To be paid in installments over 90 days
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for ensuring that warehouse inventory is accurate, orderly, and complete in accordance with the direction provided by the Material Handling Team Leader.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Moves and transfers inventory with scanner. Maintains paper and electronic records. Cycles inventory to prevent expiration of product. Assists with receiving incoming shipments and loading trucks for outgoing shipments and ensures that pallets are placed in the appropriate bin location. Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes. Pulls stock requests for production with a forklift and moves the product in the system with a scanner. Assists with control of stock movements. Assists with stocking of finished goods from kit production once released by QC/QA. Operates pallet jacks. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Ensures the inherent safety of the warehouse facility and operations. Assist with other shipping and warehousing duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Works with Quality to ensure released product is moved out of quarantine areas in a timely manner. Verifies all Pallets moved from quarantine are released prior to movement.

High school degree, GED, or 1 to 2 years of related experience. Basic math and reading skills. Computer skills (Microsoft Office programs). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to drive or learn how to drive a forklift and electric pallet jack. Able to follow written and verbal instruction. Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motions and lifting to 50 lbs., primarily utilizing upper body extremities. Ability to work in a team environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Able to push/pull pallets and carts. Must be able to work overtime hours as required
