Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, managing inventory, and supporting order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, organized environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Operate forklifts, power jacks, pallet jacks, box trucks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders and production work orders. Perform order picking and packing with precision to meet shipping deadlines and quality standards Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are correctly documented and verified Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain optimal storage conditions for efficient warehouse distribution Conduct quality control checks on products and materials to uphold safety standards and minimize errors Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations, including materials handling, load & unload tasks, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean workspace Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is required Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is required Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners enhances efficiency in order fulfillment processes Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy lifting techniques is beneficial for safety and productivity Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, inventory stocking, and order picking processes Previous experience in a warehouse setting is mandatory; leadership skills are valued for future growth opportunities Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety protocols Join us as a Warehouse Associate

We are open Monday through Saturday. Looking for team members to work mid and second shift. Hours are 10am-6pm during slower season and 1:30pm-9:30pm during our busy season.
