Warehouse Associate Job Description This entry-level Warehouse Associate role supports a wholesale automotive parts distribution operation by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will use RF scanners, handle materials throughout the warehouse, and ensure orders are ready for morning and overnight deliveries during peak times. Responsibilities Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and scan automotive parts accurately for customer orders. Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation. Handle materials and general warehouse tasks, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area. Support order fulfillment during peak hours between 8:30-10:00 a.m. and 3:00-5:00 p.m. for morning and overnight deliveries. Follow established processes and training guidelines to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Work toward performing responsibilities autonomously after receiving extensive on-the-job training. Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Essential Skills Ability to learn and use RF scanners for order picking and inventory tasks. Capability to perform picking, packing, and general material handling duties. Willingness to work in an entry-level role and follow extensive training until able to work independently. Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparation. Reliability to work scheduled shifts and support peak operational hours. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience using RF scanners is preferred. Prior picking and packing experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Work Environment This role is based in a warehouse that distributes wholesale automotive parts and operates on a shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees may take a 30-minute or one-hour break during the day. The environment is active and hands-on, with frequent use of RF scanners and physical material handling. Workload peaks between 8:30-10:00 a.m. and 3:00-5:00 p.m. to support morning and overnight deliveries, requiring focus and teamwork during these busy periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newington, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
