This role involves managing inventory, and other warehouse duties as assigned with the ability to use a forklift as needed. Key Responsibilities :

Operate forklifts, sit-down gas propane as needed and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse Support order picking and packing processes using various equipment such as order pickers and mechanical tools to prepare shipments for delivery Handle shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and improve overall efficiency Support stock replenishment efforts through proper stocking techniques and inventory control procedures Participate in load & unload activities ensuring proper placement of materials on pallets or storage racks Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in a variety of technical skills including inventory management, heavy equipment operation, and warehouse distribution.

Essential skills include:

Experience operating the sit-down gas propane forklift. Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and warehouse management systems Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Experience in packaging, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock movement or load activities Competence in using RF scanners, for order processing Warehouse supervision experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation This role is ideal for individuals committed to safety standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within a fast-moving warehouse environment.
