Job Description:

As a Warehouse Specialist at Indigo Dispensary, your primary responsibilities will be to fulfill in store cannabis orders, assist with taking an and overseeing delivery, and ultimately assisting Management in inventory controls. provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients and customers. You will play a pivotal part in Indigo Dispensary's operations and operational flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, operating basic computer systems, attention to detail, and ability to work together as a team. This role also involves having to learn and fully comprehend state and local cannabis regulations, inventory controls, and a strong understanding of New Jersey's state traceability system (METRC) Summary of Key Roles and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to)

Daily Inventory Counts:

Must count inventory daily in an efficient and accurate manner. Intaking cannabis deliveries efficiently and compliantly Processing cannabis deliveries thoroughly, ensuring compliance in POS system and METRC Ensuring easily accessible and efficient Inventory Storage and Management Pick and Packing cannabis orders as they come in a fast paced environment Ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures to set the day up for success Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance with all inventory controls and protocols Continued education by participating in regular training sessions on compliance and inventory procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is strongly preferred; experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus. Familiarity with state cannabis regulations regulations. Previous experience working in cannabis is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
