发送好友邀请时请附上备注：姓名+文员+indeed 常规工作时间： 11:30-20:00 一周40小时起步，时薪员工 加班按法规提供加班费 •职责参考描述（中文）： 负责对接分拣组，收集并整理现场作业数据及信息 负责外包劳务对接、叫班安排及到岗跟踪 进行人员工时核对、统计及基础数据输出 建立并维护各类运营台账（人力、产能、异常等） 负责物资登记、发放及库存管理（入库/出库台账） 保障信息传递准确及时，支撑现场运营决策 跟进关键事项执行情况，形成闭环反馈 •职责参考描述（英文）： Coordinate with the sorting team to collect and organize on-site operation data and information. Manage outsourcing labor coordination, shift scheduling, and attendance tracking. Verify and calculate working hours, and generate basic operational reports. Establish and maintain various operational records (manpower, productivity, exceptions, etc.). Handle material registration, distribution, and inventory management (inbound & outbound records). Ensure accurate and timely information delivery to support on-site operational decisions. Follow up on the execution of key tasks and provide closed-loop feedback.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
