You become an owner in the company Full benefits start 1st of the month after 30 days employed: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability Your day-to-day: You'll operate stand-up reach trucks (60-70% of your time) to pick flooring materials using RF scanners, build secure pallets with products ranging from 50-80 lbs., and prepare shipments for our destination warehouses. This is a physical, fast-paced role where accuracy matters—you're supporting contractors and homeowners counting on the right materials arriving on time. What you need to succeed here:

Required:

2+ years operating stand-up reach trucks in a warehouse setting

Required:

2+ years warehouse/distribution experience

Required:

Comfortable consistently lifting 50-80 lbs. throughout your shift (occasionally up to 100 lbs.)

Required:

Ability to work in an environment with dust, noise, and variable temperatures

Required:

Valid driver's license and clean background check High school diploma or equivalent Experience with RF scanners and reading product labels accurately Physical reality of this job: You'll be on your feet operating equipment for 8+ hours. This role involves constant bending, reaching, lifting, and stacking. You need good hand-eye coordination and vision (near, far, depth perception) to work safely. If you have back issues or can't handle repetitive heavy lifting, this won't be the right fit.
