This is a full-time, in-office position that combines customer service, order processing, and day-to-day operational support with hands-on assistance in our warehouse. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone and email. Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately. Assist customers with order status, product availability, shipping, and general questions. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse staff to keep orders moving efficiently. Monitor open orders and help resolve inventory, order, and shipping issues. Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems. Assist with general office and operational responsibilities. Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped. Assist with receiving and organizing inventory when needed. Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work environment.
