About the Role LuckVerse is a fast-growing e-commerce and live-commerce company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily order fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in accuracy, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Location East Newark, NJ (near East Newark Riverfront Park) Reliable transportation is required. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our operations, punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Schedule & Availability (Required) Consistent availability from 12:00 PM - 5:00/6:00 PM Part-time position Immediate start preferred Please apply only if you can reliably commit to this schedule Key Responsibilities Order Picking & Sorting Accurately select products based on order lists Verify item quantities and product details Packing & Shipping Efficiently and securely pack customer orders Prepare shipments according to company standards Labeling & Fulfillment Generate and apply shipping labels accurately Ensure packages are ready for carrier pickup Inventory & Warehouse Support Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace Assist with inventory organization and stock management What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs Able to read shipping labels, product SKUs, and packing instructions accurately Logistics & Reliability Must have reliable transportation to East Newark, NJ Preference will be given to candidates with a commute of 35 minutes or less Frequent last-minute call-outs or schedule changes are not compatible with this position Compensation $15-$18/hour , based on experience, reliability, and performance Opportunities for pay increases and additional hours for strong performers Payment via electronic methods (bank transfer, Zelle, etc.) No cash payments Why Join LuckVerse?
