Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker, forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker equipment. Operate warehouse management systems and barcode scanners to ensure precise inventory tracking and order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage materials handling tasks including manual handling, heavy lifting, stocking, and organizing warehouse distribution areas. Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase products, engage viewers, answer questions in real-time, and promote sales. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures during packing and live streaming activities. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments, updating inventory management systems, and ensuring timely dispatch. Skills Proficiency in warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory management systems, and shipping & receiving. Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and manual handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent communication skills for engaging customers during live streaming sessions and collaborating with team members. Demonstrated warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution workflows is a plus. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities.
