Job Description

Position Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing essential warehouse duties, including inventory management, order picking, packing and shipping. This role ensures that products are accurately stored, processed and shipped to meet company standards and customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and carrying. It plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse team
Role Expectations Receiving and Processing :
Unloading trucks, checking in products, and processing inbound shipments.
Inventory Management :
Organizing and maintaining products on shelves, bins or racks according to set procedure and conducting regular inventory counts.
Order Fulfillment :
Picking, packing, preparing orders for shipment, posting using RF scanner technology.
Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness :
Ensuring the workspace is clean, safe, and organized.
Safety and Compliance :
adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
General Support :
Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as basic maintenance or administrative duties.
Collaborative Communication :
communicate inventory or order issues to supervisors or team members, support other team members to meet warehouse goals and deadlines Core Competencies High School Diploma or GED Previous warehouse experience is preferred Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks Familiarity with UPS WorldShip is a plus Good communication and teamwork abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures Reliable with excellent attendance record Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry and handle equipment up to 50lbs Must be able to be on your feet 8+ hours a day

From $50,000.00 per year
