We are growing and looking for a driven salesperson to help us expand our client base and revenue. The Role You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client onboarding, building a book of business by connecting New Jersey employers with reliable workforce solutions. You will generate leads through cold calling, in-person canvassing, networking, and online outreach, then develop those leads into lasting client relationships. You'll work closely with our recruiting team to understand client needs and ensure timely, quality placements. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach across New Jersey Develop and maintain a pipeline of warm and cold leads targeting companies with light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, and administrative staffing needs Conduct client meetings to assess hiring requirements and present tailored temp and temp-to-perm staffing solutions Manage client relationships from initial contact through ongoing account maintenance Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful, timely placements Track all sales activity, leads, and client interactions in CRM/ATS systems Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs Stay informed on local labor market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, or recruiting Proven, reference-checkable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with comfort making high-volume outbound calls Relationships with or relationship building capacity for manufacturing, industrial, and adjacent industries Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently in a commission-only structure Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems preferred; training available Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (role requires travel throughout NJ) What Success Looks Like You are competitive, persistent, and energetic. You take ownership of your pipeline, follow through on every lead, and treat every client interaction as a chance to build trust. You thrive in environments where your effort directly determines your income. Compensation $50K to $80K base salary based on experience plus uncapped Commission. Earning potential is uncapped and directly proportional to the business you generate.
