Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our logistics operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth distribution processes. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision using order picker tools and proper packaging techniques. Conduct shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick order picking. Assist with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing orders for e-commerce platforms. Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock audits, and data entry into MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Load & unload trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols; ensure all goods are handled with care. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse operations. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, stocking, and order picking is a plus. Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable; certification is a bonus. Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP systems enhances efficiency in daily operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards is essential. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
