Our team is dedicated to efficiency, safety, and excellence in warehouse operations. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be vital to our warehouse distribution processes, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations, accurate order fulfillment, and effective stock management. Your energy and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse running seamlessly and support our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Manage warehouse inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms for accurate stock control. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce and distribution clients. Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Stock shelves accurately through order picking and replenishment tasks while maintaining organized storage areas. Use basic math skills to count inventory items, calculate weights, and verify quantities during order fulfillment. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards and company procedures. Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is highly desirable. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is a plus. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and stock management practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately in a fast-paced setting.
