Job Overview:
Experienced Material Handler 3 are responsible for moving, picking, storing, scanning, counting, and preparing merchandise for shipment while operating heavy machinery with precision, using an Electric Pallet Jack and Sit-down Forklift.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate an Electric Pallet Jack and Sit-down Forklift to move pallets and put away items in assigned warehouse locations. Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring accuracy of contents Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes Stock items in assigned locations within the warehouse and take part in the inventory count process Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer's orders Unpack boxes following standard procedures

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to Lift 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistance Extended periods of standing/walking (10+ hours/day) Attention to detail and ability to count Must be able to locate and identify specific items Must be able to use of a hand scanner to enter data in a computer system Must be able to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures Must have at least 1 years of Sit-down Forklift experience Must have at least 1 years of Electric Pallet Jack experience
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
Minimum 6 months experience in a Warehouse High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:
