Promotes and supports process improvement, internal innovation programs and encourages collaborators to participate. General Activities Scales the workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts to plan the operation to meet the performance requirements. Prioritizes operations according to the constraints observed in the field and provides supervision. Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates the execution of any specific requirements. Knows and applies the health and safety rules and procedures of ID Logistics and in force locally, in their area of responsibility. Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures that corrective actions are taken according to defined procedures. Anticipates operational problems to propose continuous improvement actions within their scope of responsibility. Audit and Quality Management Carries out the organization of the workplace in accordance with procedures objectives of the sector. Verifies that the procedures and objectives are up to date, responds to audits when necessary, according to certifications established for the unit. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Provides and monitors key performance indicators, ensures continuity of information between their team, hierarchy, and internal partners. Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values as well as initiation of appropriate corrective measures in coordination with the operational management in the warehouse.
