Job Description The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as tracking and facilitation of shipping and receiving. The Specialist will be working with pharmaceutical ingredients and is expected to adhere to strict GMP guidelines. Maintaining a safe work environment is imperative.

Job Description The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as tracking and facilitation of shipping and receiving. The Specialist will be working with pharmaceutical ingredients and is expected to adhere to strict GMP guidelines. Maintaining a safe work environment is imperative.
- Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips
- Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAP
- Material handling and sorting
- Inspecting items upon receiving shipments
- Forklift operation
- Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety GuidelinesQualification and Experience Relevant experience or course work in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience will be preffered.
- Experience operating a forklift is required
- Driving company Truck is Preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Base salary range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with New Jersey Pay Transparency requirements.
