Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable General Labor/Unloading team members to join our dynamic warehouse operation immediately. This role is perfect for individuals ready to jump into a fast-paced environment, performing essential unloading and materials handling tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, utilizing heavy equipment and warehouse management systems to efficiently load and unload shipments. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments swiftly and safely using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment. Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory accurately during unloading processes. Assist with order picking, shipping, and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of goods. Perform heavy lifting and materials handling to move products within the warehouse or onto trucks. Follow OSHA safety standards and mechanical knowledge protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate unloading schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or construction background preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and load & unload machinery safely. Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, order picking, and materials handling tasks throughout shifts. Valid certification or training in OSHA safety standards; experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks is desirable. Experience in shipping & receiving operations or as an order picker will be highly valued. Ability to work immediately starting tomorrow (6/19) with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety.
