Warehouse Operations and Fulfillment Staff

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment and operations. This role involves packing orders, managing inventory, assisting with tea blending, and maintaining an organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes. Duties Assist with order picking, packing, and processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting inventory counts Use basic math skills to count stock, calculate weights, and verify order quantities for accuracy. Prepare and assemble shipments, including pallet building Support tea blending operations (measuring, mixing, and packing blends) Perform light maintenance, DIY fixes, and basic equipment troubleshooting when needed Help identify and implement solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, packaging, and order fulfillment tasks. Basic math proficiency for counting items and calculating weights or measurements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical activity such as lifting or load/unload operations.
