Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full time, seasonal position running from May through October. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities Check in vendor orders against purchase orders to ensure order accuracy. Note and report any overages, shortages or damages to warehouse manager. Ticket and hang apparel Ticket, label and package accessories and gift items for distribution. Execute packing operations to prepare orders for distribution. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring all materials are stored properly. Skills Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures within a warehouse setting preferred. Basic math skills required. Familiarity with distribution center operations and best practices. Accuracy and high attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time during 8 hour shift. Experience in picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of OSHA regulations to maintain workplace safety standards.
