Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, stock replenishment, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Perform picking and packing of orders with precision to ensure timely order fulfillment for shipping & receiving Handle materials with mechanical knowledge for safe stacking, stocking, and packaging of products in accordance with OSHA standards Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations, shipping documentation, and inventory audits Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management and warehouse distribution processes Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or order pickers; OSHA safety training preferred Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment like pallet jacks and load/unload machinery Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems or similar platforms for inventory tracking and order processing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during order picking & packing tasks Prior experience in shipping & receiving operations along with proficiency using RF scanners for inventory control Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of manufacturing or construction environments is a plus but not required Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehousing!
