  • and we believe our employees are the key to making that happen. About the Role The Loader PM is responsible for safely and efficiently preparing outbound shipments for nightly distribution. This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately staged and loaded on time to support customer deliveries across DVFG's distribution network. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the accurate staging, palletizing, wrapping, and loading of outbound product shipments
  • Ensure trucks are loaded according to nightly departure schedules and operational deadlines
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning devices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading dock environment
  • Monitor product handling processes to support inventory accuracy and shipment quality
  • Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to support efficient daily operations
  • Follow company safety procedures and material handling standards
  • Adapt to changing workloads, schedules, and operational priorities as needed Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role operates in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment and requires regular use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, RF scanners, box cutters, and pallet-wrapping equipment.
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift. Team members must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule:
Sunday start time at 1:00 PM until completion; Monday through Thursday start times at 2:00 PM or 3:30 PM until completion
  • Schedules and hours may vary based on holidays, seasonal demand, or operational needs Qualifications What You'll Bring
  • Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
  • Experience operating forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related warehouse equipment
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to manage responsibilities within established deadlines and production schedules
  • Strong attention to safety, organization, and operational accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and workloads
