Warehouse Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Morris Plains, NJ About Us Meteoric Biopharmaceuticals USA is a growing nutraceutical company specializing in enzymes, probiotics, and specialty ingredients. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Package products and prepare shipments for dispatch. Build and organize pallets and hand shrink-wrap products to ensure safe transportation. Weigh drums, label materials, and maintain proper inventory movement. Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching products. Plan and prepare daily shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records. Repackage pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products when required. Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, inventory logs, dispatch records, and invoices. maintain accurate records. Prepare daily activity reports for management. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers when required. Use Microsoft Excel and other computer systems for inventory and documentation activities. Clean, organize, and maintain compliant warehouse environment. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Lift and handle packages weighing up to 75 lbs safely. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform physical warehouse work and lift up to 75 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay:
$16-$18 per hour
Schedule:
20-40 hours per week Opportunity for growth within a pharmaceutical supply chain environment. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Extensive experience is not required; a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to handle warehouse responsibilities are the most important qualities for success in this role.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
