General Laborer Location:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Technician/General Laborer . No heavy equipment experience is required. We are willing to train candidates who have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee. What You'll Do Assist with commercial remediation and drilling projects Support equipment operators and crew members on active job sites Help with site setup, cleanup, and material handling Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Perform general labor duties as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Learn how to work around and eventually operate heavy equipment Work as part of a small team to complete projects efficiently What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to perform physical labor throughout the workday Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to follow directions and work well with a team Previous construction, landscaping, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience using hand and power tools Construction, landscaping, demolition, or general labor experience Valid driver's license

Candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Brunswick, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
