As we launch our New York market, we're looking for a Client Concierge Specialist / Warehouse Team Member who is hands-on, reliable, and excited to grow with us from day one. What You'll Do This role combines delivery, client service, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Delivery & Client Experience Safely operate company vans and box trucks Deliver snacks, beverages, and coffee products to client locations Serve as the face of Office Libations with professionalism and positivity Exceed client expectations by ensuring every space looks clean, organized, and "picture-perfect" Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems on-site Warehouse & Inventory Operations Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders accurately Perform quality checks on inbound inventory Maintain accurate inventory and support FIFO processes Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Operations & Continuous Improvement Assist with local supply runs and operational tasks Perform light equipment maintenance Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Support the successful launch and growth of the New York branch

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Start Time:

3:00 AM | 8-9 hour shifts

Preferred:
