Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Receive, process, and quality check all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate recording of quantities, correct items, and condition before further processing. Support warehouse projects, initiatives, and daily operations including configuration and packaging products. Organize and manage warehouse stock, including receiving, unpacking, storing, and picking items for orders. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging standards Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse distribution best practices Assist with loading trucks and unloading incoming freight while adhering to safety protocols Support e-commerce order processing by fulfilling online customer orders promptly using order picker equipment and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory counts Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in all warehouse activities Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your contributions make a real impact!
