In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain efficient warehouse operations. Duties Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and manual processes Stock shelves accurately by following proper stocking procedures and ensuring inventory levels are maintained Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, process shipping & receiving documentation, and update inventory records Support order fulfillment activities by selecting products with order pickers and ensuring accurate packing for delivery Maintain a clean, organized workspace by regularly inspecting storage areas and adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse distribution processes and optimize workflow efficiency Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, distribution center, or floral industry is preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock replenishment processes Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing shipments accurately Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions precisely Skills/Requirements/Preferences English & Spanish proficiency preferred Comfortable working in refrigerated/cold environments Strong Teamwork and communication skills Able to move boxes of up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Work in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
