$19.00•$20.00 per hour 26-05292 Job Summary The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping both UPS and LTL orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and organization. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS and LTL carriers Ensure accuracy of all shipments, including product selection, labeling, and documentation Maintain organized and orderly warehouse operations Retrieve products from shelves of varying heights Prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Job Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to frequently handle items weighing 25-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Desired Traits Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, motivated, and willing to be trained Neat, clean, and efficient work habits Detail-oriented and deliberate in task execution Ability to stay focused under pressure Takes initiative and demonstrates reliability Work Environment Warehouse/distribution setting Physical, active role requiring frequent lifting, standing, walking, and reaching Performance measured by accuracy, speed, and reliability in order fulfillment About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
