Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate to join our growing TikTok Live ecommerce operation. This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, helping with inbound and outbound shipments, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Read the order number and information on the shipping label , locate the correct products in the warehouse, and pack them securely into the appropriate box Double check products and quantities before completing each package Assist with inbound shipments , including unloading, receiving, counting, and organizing new inventory Assist with outbound shipments , including preparing packages, boxes, and pallets for carrier pickup Use a pallet jack to safely move inventory and shipments throughout the warehouse Restock products and keep inventory in the correct warehouse locations Maintain warehouse organization so products can be found quickly and accurately Break down boxes, remove trash, sweep, and clean work areas throughout the shift Help with other warehouse duties as needed during busy periods Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock management and order accuracy. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting customer service efforts related to order fulfillment.
