In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, managing inventory, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software to meet delivery deadlines. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and support trade compliance standards. Assist with packaging products securely for shipping. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail to maintain precise records of inventory movements. Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams.
