Job Description
We are a fast-growing coffee company looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our great fulfillment team. This role is responsible for accurately packing and shipping customer orders while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and takes pride in making sure every order leaves the warehouse accurately and on time. Responsibilities Prepare shipments using shipping software and carrier platforms Print shipping labels and packing slips Verify order accuracy before shipment Receive and organize incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues to management Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to work independently and manage priorities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Preferred Qualifications Experience with ShipStation Experience with Shopify Experience with inventory management systems Experience shipping e-commerce orders
