Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and reliable Material Handler to join our logistics and warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and shipment of materials within our facility. Your work will ensure that products are properly handled, stored safely, and delivered on time to support our operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in warehouse distribution, and comfortable operating heavy equipment like forklifts and cranes. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Unload incoming containers and work to the pace defined by the Supervisor/Truck Captain. Wrap pallets efficiently so pallets don't fall over or get damaged. Move pallets in proper staging areas such as finished goods, Q/A, incoming products, or at the discretion of the Supervisor. Check outbound pallets and report issues to the Supervisor. If trained, operate the cardboard compactor, as needed. If trained, use the floor scrubber to clean the department. Understand how to use machinery to the extent required by their job. Understand the color coded carrier system, usage of pallet travelers, and overall flow of goods/information throughout the warehouse. Pass the forklift certification program and maintain forklift safety at all times. Know how to use the WMS system to the extent required by their job. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Support Assembly and Yum Shop, as needed. Perform all other job duties as assigned by a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager. Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with construction materials or heavy machinery is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and long periods of standing or moving throughout the warehouse environment.

From $15.92 per hour
