This role ensures customer orders are picked, verified, packed, labeled, and shipped according to company standards and service expectations. The Material Handler - Shipping plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction by ensuring all shipments are processed correctly and delivered on schedule. Profile The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This individual demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all shipping activities. The successful candidate is able to prioritize tasks, follow established procedures, adapt to changing business needs, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace. Professional requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics experience, preferably within the cosmetics, sunglasses, jewelry, or watch industry. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation. Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions. Basic computer proficiency and experience using warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or shipping software preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment.
