This role works under minimal supervision and keeps work areas clean, safe, and efficient. Shifts Available 5am - 1pm 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm 1pm-5am What You'll Do Pack, box, and palletize finished products to quality standards Inspect product for defects and report quality issues Prepare inks, run test samples, and make adjustments to achieve accurate color matches Monitor ink quality and viscosity, and provide color drawdowns for approval Load and unload trucks, receive merchandise, and pick, pack, and scan orders Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and production paperwork Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and the ink dispenser Train team members on proper procedures Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, GMPs, and hazardous waste guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packing Knowledge of color theory and color matching preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Good communication and basic computer skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay:

$15.92 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
