What You'll Do As a Banquet House Person & General Laborer, you will play a key role in keeping our clubhouses, event spaces, and common areas clean, organized, and event-ready. Event & Banquet Setup Set up and break down banquet rooms for weddings, parties, and social events Arrange tables, chairs, and event layouts according to plans Support clubhouse rentals and client events throughout the season Facility Care & Cleaning Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout all clubhouse spaces, including bathrooms, main rooms,… Perform routine cleaning tasks based on established schedules Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively Monitor cleaning supply inventory and submit purchase requests as needed General Maintenance & Support Respond quickly and professionally to small repair requests Fix basic issues that arise throughout the day Assist with general upkeep and labor tasks across the property Complete additional duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager You'll Be a Great Fit If You… Are upbeat, positive, and take pride in your work Are self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking Enjoy physical, hands-on work and staying active Have general maintenance or labor experience Are professional and respectful in a guest-facing environment Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Can lift up to 50 lbs Are available to work weekends and a 5 day workweek during peak season Have a high school diploma or equivalent Schedule Full-time seasonal position Mid-August through Mid-September 2026 5 days per week during the summer season Flexible scheduling, with weekends required Compensation $17-$21 per hour , based on experience Competitive seasonal pay Consistent hours Great team environment Beautiful waterfront workplace Ready to Join the BBYC Team?
