Warehouse Worker - Packer - Day Shift

Sunday - Wednesday 7:30AM to 6:00

This is a fast paced environment.

Working in ambient temperature, range could very between •degrees.

On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.

Packing bakery items product into mobile bakery cans.

Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.

Pushing/pulling carts full of bakery product to assigned pack area.

Pushing/pulling empty bakery carts to staging area and or onto empty trailers.

At all times, follow all SOP's while also practicing GMP policies.

Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.

Qualifications:

No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferredProficient reading skills and ability to follow directions requiredAbility to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills requiredFlexible to work overtime preferredAbility to work in non-climate-controlled conditions requiredRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills requiredWillingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location requiredComplete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
